Las Vegas, NV-- Local law enforcement says her story is as sad as it is common. A young woman lured by the lights of Las Vegas, but now she's lost. 22-year-old Jessie Foster from North Las Vegas disappeared in late March. Her family is asking for your help to bring her home.
